IFYF was developed for beginning investors with small dollar amounts to invest at one time. Unit 10 of Investing for Your Future is called Selecting Your Team of Financial Professionals.
Within this unit, you'll learn about the advantages of "do it yourself" financial planning versus getting help from professional advisors. In addition, you'll find information about the costs of obtaining financial advice, steps in the process of selecting financial advisors, questions to ask advisors as you interview them, and helpful government and non-profit organizations.
